Cocker spaniel pups
We very rarely, ever breed and our dogs are first and foremost our pets. They a the family home, share our sofas and beds, come on holiday and are true members of our family. We are owned by our dogs and have a collection of rescue, leonbergers and our 3 working cocker spaniels.
Our puppies come from health and temprement tested parents. They are born and raised in the family home, exposed to numerous sounds, general home life, people and animals. We will never let any of our dogs go into rescues or into the wrong hands. We ask all owners to complete a new owners questionnaire and to meet us before picking/taking your pup and offer life time support.
Our puppies are priced at £1500.00 each.
Our puppies will not just go to anyone and sadly we don't sell our puppies to people that will leave them for more than 4/5 hours a day.

As a qualified behaviorist, be rest assured we only use science based, positive reinforcement training methods. Leohayes dog training has been training dogs and specialising in rescue and working dogs for many years now. Our training allows you to receive the best available techniques to address you and your pet’s specific needs and challenges.The dog training world is sadly, very unregulated. We are seeing people claim to be trainers, behaviourists or therapists. With either little or no training at all. Training with the use of tools and surpressing behaviours is unfortunately readily available.
Dog training, is not learnt in a day!
We work with each dog as an individual and each plan is tailored to their needs. We help our pet clients and their human friends make the most of their friendship. We know that each animal is different, and we work with you and your pet to provide tailor-made guidance that creates long lasting change. RESIDENTIAL PUPPY TRAINING
People may choose to use our puppy residential training for a number of reasons and you will receive no judgement from us. Our aim is to support families and to set your puppy up to succeed. We do advise families to try and work with their puppy at home first but we appreciate this isn't always possible and at such a critical age , residential training with us, might be the right option for you.
Our residential stays cover essential skills to help your puppy through their life. We cover socialisation, training cues, and building confidence. Puppies learn at different paces, and we don't rush them. We work at their pace, shaping the behaviours we want, shaping a well-rounded pup.
This is suitable for puppies up to 10 months old.
RESIDENTIAL PACKAGES
All our residential puppy packages cover the following sectors.
Toilet training/ Socialisation including, horses, ducks, wildlife and other dogs)/ Traffic, including, cars, buses and bikes/different people and flooring types/All household noises and desentizing to loud noises such aa planes, firework ect. Handling/grooming/car travel/collar and harness desensitization. Loose lead walking/sit/down/emergency stop/recall/settle/place, wait. Mouthing and puppy biting.
Prices are priced at £350.00 a week.
(Minimum of a 2 week stay, although at least a 3 week stay is recommended. This allows us to work with your puppy over a longer period of time and allows your pup to settle in and find their feet. This price also covers a written report and training plan. Update to date and regular videos, photos and updates)
BEHAVIOURAL CONSULATIONS
Our behavioural programmes are designed to provide you with the skills that are required to help you, help your dog, mentally and physically.Our behavioural consultations are for dogs that have behavioural issues, such as aggression, reactivity, resource guarding and separation anxiety.Our behavioural consultations include a 2 hour home visit, behavioural consultation, written training plan and report, 2 x 1-2-1 training sessions and 6months telephone and email support.
Behavioural consultations are priced at £165.00.
